Job Description: Facilitators
Job Description:
- A Home Group Facilitator can expect to serve approximately 10-15 hours per month for a period of 10-12 weeks. Before each Home Group session a 4 week "Training Group or Turbo Group" for Facilitators and Hosts will be provided. Also a Facilitator is expected to meet once a month during the Home Group session with other Home Group leaders, usually on a Sunday morning, for encouragement and prayer. An evaluation session after the conclusion of a Home Group session will also be included for Facilitators and Hosts.
- Home Group sessions will run for 10-12 weeks with a suggested 2 hour HG get together each week. The time frame/day for this will be negotiated with the group for optimal attendance
